A prerequisite for those that have never used or trained with kettlebells before. This course will provide you with the important fundamentals to gain increased flexibility strength and cardio intensity which kettlebell training requires. Basic presses, swings and static positions will lay the foundations to more advanced training and going it on your own. Make no mistake about it Kettlebell training is NOT LIKE CONVENTIONAL WEIGHTS. Trying more advanced movements without a solid foundation in the basics may result in SERIOUS INJURY.
