Enjoy the perfect springs days and escape the city rush for a weekend. Get back to nature and embrace the fresh breeze
surrounding the biggest lake in Shanghai
district. Lake Dianshan (淀山湖;Diànshān Hú) is a natural freshwater lake, located
in the west of Zhu Jiajiao, Qingpu, only about 1 hour drive from downtown
Shanghai, and is the only natural lake in the area. The pro team from Eternity
Fitness once again sets a new destination for fun, fitness and the great
outdoors. Not your average weekend!

Starts with Bootcamp training around the scenic forest.

Afternoon prepare for an intense adrenaline rush obstacle course and team
games.
