Aerobics combined with dance steps- a high cardio workout and vital force which energizes your body.  Comfortable shoes. All levels.

Jazzdance

Basic ballet techniques mixed together with strong American Jazzdance.
Learn the dance moves while shaping the body. No Shoes. All levels.

Latin mix

Aerobics combined with Latin sounds and dance steps mixed together for an exciting class. Get a tropical feeling for Latin music and get physical!  Comfortable foot wear.

Street Funk

Hip Hop with aerobic conditioning. Learn the coolest dance moves to pumping fresh sounds of the street at the same time getting a great all over fitness workout

Salsa

Salsa refers to a fusion of informal dance styles having roots in the Carribean and North America. The dance originated through the mixture of Cuban dance forms and is one of the fastest growing dance styles worldwide. Learn the moves to shake your bon bon on the dance floor! Suitable for all levels.

Zumba

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries.  It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" in order for participants to stick to the program and  achieve long-term health benefits.  Zumba is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind.  It is a "feel-happy" workout.
