Cap Aerobics
Capoeira Aerobics is for those who want to try a different and fun kind of aerobic workout. This class is a combination of aerobics and techniques from Capoeira, including kicks, blocks, and twists. It is a great workout where you will strengthen all your body muscles in a fun way while achieving endurance in a cardio workout. Capoeira aerobics is an individual workout and not a contact sport. Along the way you will learn the combat techniques, achieve flexibility and concentration while getting the cardio and fat burning of aerobics.
Fit Ball Blast
Hip/Thigh/Abs toning exercises and Pilates core control exercises using a stability ball. All levels of fitness welcome. A great class for increasing awareness of your body, improving your balance and posture and strengthening the core abdominal muscles. Non-impact and low intensity.
HBT Hips, Butt & Thighs
A session of squats, lunges and other various movements to hit and tone the lower body, targeting all the lady’s favourite parts.
Pump
The most popular resistance-training workout used in many gyms. It is the fastest way to change your body shape by using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising the metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. All the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. A great cardio and muscle conditioning workout. All Levels.
X-Circuit
This is a medium to high intensity class for all those that want to get in shape but do not have the co-ordination for an aerobics class! Expect lots of bodyweight exercises , free weights and cardio training to hit the entire body. Multiple exercises done for set time periods in a circuit layout. Suitable for everyone!
