STUDIO GUIDELINES

To assist us in creating a positive experience for all, we would like to draw your attention to the following:
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time to sign in and prepare. All classes start on time. Once class starts, you will not be allowed entry.
  • Do not eat in the studios. Smoking is also prohibited.
  • Turn your mobile phones off or to vibrate mode and leave in the locker before entering any class. Do not take phones into the studios.
  • Place all belongings in the lockers provided before entering any classes. We accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of locker contents. Daily lockers are not for overnight use. Separate storage area for members to leave workout clothes and shoes available.
  • To help keep equipment as clean and hygienic as possible, always use a towel and please wipe away excess sweat once you are finished.
  • To keep the training area as organized and safe as possible, please ensure you put away all equipment after use. If you need assistance, please ask the Instructor.
  • Participants must wear enclosed, athletic footwear while in the Aerobic and Personal Training studio. Shoes are not worn when participating in Mind &Body classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, meditation etc.
  • For Mind & Body Classes remove your shoes before entering the practice rooms. Place your shoes in the shoe storage area.

Preparation Before Class

We will provide everything you will need for your practice: mats, props, towels and other amenities.
Classes are best enjoyed on an empty stomach, so eat lightly or not at all 1-2 hours before.
Make sure to keep hydrated by drinking water both before and after class.
Inform the instructor if you are new, pregnant, or have any health conditions or injuries that may be affected by participating in that class.
