Gearing up for a cruise, honeymoon ... or just some outdoor summertime fun? Then you might be a prime candidate for tanning. More and more people are tanning in a salon for convenience, speed, control and simply for the enjoyment. Tanning not only makes people look healthy, but it also helps people BE healthy. When exposed to the UVB portion
of sunlight, human skin produces Vitamin D, which is also known as the "Sunshine Vitamin." By making it possible for the body to absorb calcium and other vital minerals from your diet, Vitamin D and the sun play crucial roles in the  development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. Sunlight and Vitamin D significantly influence the regulation of over 100 bodily functions. While actual sunshine can also pose some risks, controlled exposure to UV at facilities like
ours minimize the health risks that cannot be controlled when sunbathing outdoors. And because sunburn is the main risk factor for skin damage, it is actually smarter to tan indoors.

What to Expect

Beginners will see results after their very first tan. However, it will take approximately 4-to-6 sessions to achieve a base tan depending your skin type. We recommend that beginners tan once every 48 hours until the base tan is achieved. After that you can maintain your tan with 1-2 weekly sessions. And it's recommended that you use a quality indoor tanning lotion to both moisturize your skin and to improve your overall tanning potential.
